Shipping

We're proud to offer fast and reliable shipping across the USA, fulfilled through our trusted partner, Amazon.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $30 USD.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $30 USD, we offer a simple flat rate of $5 USD for shipping anywhere in the USA.  This will be calculated and displayed clearly on your cart checkout page before you finalize your purchase.
  • Speedy Delivery: We will fulfill your order with Amazon FBA. Thanks to Amazon's efficient network, you can expect your snack box to arrive quickly after it's been processed.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our snack boxes, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review your order before placing it to ensure you've selected the perfect treats!

Faulty Items & Refunds

While we take great care in packaging your snacks, if your order arrives with a faulty or damaged item, we want to make it right. Please contact within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the faulty item(s)

Once we receive this information, our team will review your case and, if the item is deemed faulty, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
