What’s inside a Treats From Home box?
A surprise mix of sweet, salty, and nostalgic snacks from around the world. You might find Aussie classics, Polish chocolates, or South African favorites, and every box is different, but all are delicious. It’s like opening a care package from your favorite country.
Which countries can I get snacks from?
Right now: Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Germany, Poland, Czechia and the Netherlands, plus our mixed Asia box. The UK and Italy are launching soon, and we're always adding more.
Can I customize my Treats From Home box?
Most of our boxes are curated for the best snack experience, but we also offer themed boxes (like Australian Snack Box or Polish Snack Box) so you can pick your flavor adventure. Looking for something specific or dietary-friendly? Drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!
Do the boxes contain allergens?
Our boxes feature a mix of real branded snacks that may contain nuts, milk, gluten, soy and other common allergens, and we can't guarantee an allergen-free box. If you have a serious allergy, message us before you subscribe and we'll let you know what we can do.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
It depends on your plan. On Month-to-Month you can cancel, skip or pause anytime from your account, and you will not be charged again after your next billing date.
The 6-Month and 12-Month Plans are fixed terms, so they cannot be canceled from your account during the term. Email us at info@treatsfromhome.com and we will either schedule your cancellation for the end of your term, or end it immediately if you repay the discount on the boxes you have already received. That is $5 a box on the 6-Month Plan and $7 a box on the 12-Month Plan. Full detail is in our Subscription Policy.
What if I don't love a box?
Every box is a curated surprise of authentic local snacks, so tastes will vary, and that's part of the fun. If anything arrives damaged or below standard, send us a photo and we'll make it right. We can't accept change-of-mind returns once a box has shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Super fast! All Treats From Home boxes are fulfilled by Amazon, so you’ll get the same speedy, reliable delivery you already know. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days anywhere in the USA, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your box ships.
Do the boxes come wrapped or ready to gift?
Yes! Every Treats From Home box is gift-ready right out of the package. Each one is neatly packed with care and presentation in mind, perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, or a little “just because” surprise.
